Tegan's Butterflies in Paradise - Tegan's Butterflies in Paradise is a parent-led support group for families with preschool children who have special needs. We meet monthly at a school in Derby City and monthly on a Saturday for messy play and crafts in Belper ( this session is open to all ages) . We also arrange trips and try where possible to provide free places for the children. All our groups are FREE for families to attend, all are welcome, extended family and friends.

Sarah Turner Eco Art & Design - Sarah Turner is an eco artist and designer who upcycles waste materials into new and beautiful creations. She works mostly with plastic bottles and cans, transforming them into unique lighting, pictures, sculptures, flowers and gifts. All of Sarah’s work is made in her studio in Nottingham from waste materials she collects from local homes and restaurants. With some highly skilled cutting and intricate sculpting she transforms these discarded materials into high quality, unique designs. Her work proves that.... "Just because a product is made from rubbish it doesn’t mean it needs to look like it does!"

Blue Box Belper - Blue Box Belper is a Community Organisation that is currently seeking to become a Charity and build a new multi-purpose, community facility on the Parks Estate in Belper. We are seeking to raise £117,000 to help construct the new Blue Box Community Facility that will be available for community activities and be used by a range of local organisations and service providers. During this period of fundraising we are already beginning to host a variety of community activities.

Really Useful Gardens - Really Useful Gardens is a small business run by Jo Dyer (The Garden Whisperer) who lives in Belper. Her business is all about how incredible plants and gardens are and how they can aid our well-being and inspire us to be creative. Jo combines giving advice and guidance about how to create a garden that will inspire you and make you happy, teaching you how to garden with love using planet friendly methods and practical gardening help for those who need a helping hand. Jo has also developed some handy digital products to keep you on track throughout the year and these will be available to buy at the festival. Jo loves chatting to people about their gardens so do come along and share your stories and pick her brains.

T4 Sustainability - T4 Sustainability is a local business which offers advice on sustainability and installs renewable energy systems. Our work includes solar panels and domestic battery packs, heating and hot water powered by log boilers and heat pumps, and remote monitoring and metering for university research projects.

Churches Together in Belper - The group meet regularly to pray and to plan activities and strategies which demonstrate their united vision for mission in the town. They worked alongside a community drama group to perform The Belper Passion on Good Friday 2013 and 2014 and The Resurrection in 2015. They have had stalls at the 'Christmas Lights Switch-on' evening and, with the enthusiastic co-operation of local shop managers, had two Christmas competitions during Advent.
Whistlewood Common is a community-owned social enterprise in Melbourne which runs courses and events showcasing all aspects of sustainable living. On our ten acre site we share expertise in growing, cooking, preserving, arts and crafts, health and wellbeing, wildlife and much more. One such course is "Think like a tree" and Sarah will be leading workshops on Saturday at Belper Goes Green to show how we can learn from nature to live happier, healthier and more resilient lives. DerwentWISE - promotion of DerwentWISE Project. In September 2013 the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) gave the go ahead for the Lower Derwent Valley Landscape Partnership – DerwentWISE. This £2.5 million five year project aims to inspire people to learn about and take care of the landscape of the Lower Derwent Valley.
Derbyshire Wildlife Trust - Derbyshire Wildlife Trust is one of 47 local Trusts around the UK working to promote and protect local wildlife. We are the only organisation in Derbyshire working to protect all wildlife across the whole county. We manage 43 nature reserves, including moorland, wetlands, woodlands and wildflower meadows. We work with schools, local communities, local authorities, landowners and others to promote and protect the natural environment. We are a Registered Charity, supported by more than 14,000 members.

Step Ball Change - My workshops use the arts to boost wellbeing, develop self awareness and boost self esteem. I wouldn't charge for any of the taster workshops but would have leaflets promoting my business on the stand. Any taster activities or workshops will be creative or wellbeing based.
Figment Derby - FIGMENT 2018- Everyone is invited! Come along and be inspired to design, make and play. Our PlayBOX has all the kit needed to design, create and invent. There are activities ready for you to get involved with or you could help us create new ones. The PlayBOX is part of FIGMENT Derby and is 'on tour' for the next 2 years until the unveiling of the Museum of Making in 2020.
